We have used the concentrated liquid before (Maxicrop), It was great; however, there are no local outlets for it. Cost online isn't too bad, it's the Shipping that kills ya. I found a site that had 1 gallon for 14.00 Shipping though..Tack on another 16.00 making it 30 bux a gallon The companies website MaxicropIs even More expensive for a gallon..They do offer the 2 1/2 gallon "bargain" but again, the shipping (I haven't called...don't need a shock) Maxicrop Liquid Seaweed 1 Quart: $9.65 1 Gallon: $22.50 2.5 Gallons: $50.65 NOW..the stuff can be picked up at MAXICROP, if you live near Elk Grove Village, Illinois ...or if you want a nice long drive Powdered, by the same company, cheaper to ship, and purchase. But I have found the same powder for 10 bux a pound... The same concentrate can be made with the powder, or you can just use the powder in a weaker solution, OR AS I am Told! no hands on with the powder, or kelp meal... so, I need some advice here from Ya'll... Which form of this product do those that use kelp or seaweed... use? What is the cost and...Where do you get it? WE NEED A DEAL!! I do know that the Maxicrop liquid, is Not cleared for organic production, should you be certified; However, their powder is cleared for Organic production by OMRI. The difference is in their extraction process.

Well your real big lakes should be quite good apart from the chance of polution and I am not sure just what state they would be in.
