Beauitful flowers Nofear! Dont know what kind of rose ya have but its beauitful. thought at first a rambler but there canes go stright up, so some sort of climber. there sre sooooo many diffrent types of roses it boggles the mind ;D

your rose could be any of these 4 diff types Climber: actually a shrub with long stems bout 6-20 feet Pillar: a smaller climbing rose flowers at each leateral 6-10 feet Old garden rose: types of roses before 1876, 6-8 feet Rambler: can grow up to 30 feet. do you get rose hips on your roses?

Thanks for that info Chrisy. I appreciate it! Yep, it gets hips. Does that narrow the possibilities down? Like I said, this thing is almost bulletproof. Just keeps growing. 2 seasons ago, I cut it back all the way down to the ground.

yep most shrub roses and old garden roses get hips, also gives the fact they have one bloom cycle in spring. so when looking up roses ita help to lookmat the older ones also petal count helps to. single 's have 4-11 petals semi singles have 12-16 petals double's have 17-25 petals full rose hase 26-40 petals a very full rose has 41 or more
