my health has gotten to the point where I tire more and more quickly, and don't sit up for very long. My gardening days have also fallen by the wayside - all I have left are gardening catalogs and dreams of times gone past. I will miss each and everyone of my friends and family here, whether or not I will be missed. Most of my time is spent either in the recliner trying to watch tv and napping, or in bed asleep. Energy level is down to impulse engines, and not much of those LOL! Take care, Phamily - God bless and Good Gardening - think of the Ol Bear once in awhile...

OOB: I am also one that will miss you, as I can relate to some of your afflictions, and I know how they can keep you down at times.
Having said that I wish you would or could reconsider leaving us and just visit here when the days are good or tolerable, believe me it can be good therapy reading others messages and sharing your thoughts at times. What ever your decision I hope things get better for you, God bless and keep you brother.

You dont have to Garden to be here,ask me about my 3 tomatoes this year so far.

Thanks Phamily, for all the warm feelings and good thoughts. I will pop in from time to time - I'm not going into the cosmic compost heap without a LOT of kicking and screaming. Was hoping to pick up a cheap notebook, laptop, whatever, but the budget got blown to blazes with a major air conditioning problem and repair - got to have the cool air because I can't breathe very well without it even with O2; also the A/C, being a heat pump is our only source of heat.... Insurance covered a lot of the bill, but not nearly enough.... I have good days, better days, not so good days and worse days.  Pain meds help me sit up longer, but then aggravate the weakness after the fact.  Durned if you do, and durned if you don't. Bro Phil - I do still have your phone # written down somewhere in this stack of papers by the computer desk. The VA still has not pinpointed whatever neuro-muscular disorder I've got, but added to COPD, coronary issues , diabetes and all the other health issues it's a full shopping cart. Again, everyone we thank ya'll for all the good thoughts and prayers - it's not goodbye - we'll "see you later".... |

Sorry to See You Go and So Sorry To hear about your Health being even more poorly.... Now if its a Laptop Issue, So You Don't have to Sit at a Desk...... WELLL Now, Let the OLD CaveWoman See What she can Do about that.... OK... It might take me a little to Get one fixed up just soooo for you to get online... BUT, Just maybe if I get a Wireless Card and Fix up the Unstable Program I have on One, You Just might be in business OOB... Give me a Week or two to get it just right and i'll let you Know ok Darlin... I hate to See some of us Old Timesrs Leave Just because of a Lil Old Puter Problem That this Wonderwoman Can Probably Fix.   Have a Good Day |
