That is odd but I guess not basket reed.? Chair reed so it would be really tight after doing it? I really know nothing on basker making. I have never tried it. Did you stretch it a lot in the making?
For a Barbie doll house?

Regular ol' basket reed - weavers are size double zero - nope, not stretched, just soaked in warm water for a coupla minutes for pliability....

I forgot - not for a Barbie house, but it does fit quite nicely and matches proportions with a little log cabin replica that my older brother built - put the basket on the porch - will try to post a pic of the house later....
