Finally got around to taking pics of the mini log house my older brother made and gave to us. He's made quite a few of these, but none in the last few years since his health declined. The detail is amazing - shingles were cut one at a time , flooring was cut one board at a time, etc. Every member of the family has one - each one is unique in its own way.... smg.photobucket.com/albums/v613/gerjoi/Dennis%20House/

thanks everyone - regarding the porch chairs, Da Honey's Daddy carved the biggest one, Da Honey herself carved one of the smaller ones when she was a teenager, and I had to carve the smallest one. Da Honey even made a pair of candlesticks and candles to set on the mantelpiece - we didn't take pics of those. You can remove the top, place a lit cigarette in the fireplace, put the roof back on, and smoke comes out of the chimney - LOL! Brother Dennis has also done a LOT of carving on gourds and cypress knees - next time we visit might take the camera along.....Thanks again to all for the nice comments, we'll pass them on! Love ya, Phorum Phamily!!!
