Working on moving strawberry barrels down here to the new place today and one of my big containers...love that front-end loader on the tractor to move big items...found some nice collard greens in one of my containers, so picked them, fried them in bacon drippings with slices of onions for supper veggie...HEAVEN ! I love collards...

I could HURT myself with a big mess of collards right now........wrote a poem about 'em once - I'll have to dig it out and post it.....LOL!

 Loved that site granny  We use chard's and Kale's in a lot of dishes,quiche,potato's,soups,salads,eggs,rice..... Just love them!!!
