We had quite a storm..had golf ball size hail, took out the garden and beat the tomatoes to a stem...knocked all the leaves off the new fruit trees and broke limbs off old ones, but we got an inch and a tenth of rain which was really needed.....never count your chickens before they hatch comes to mind....lots of broken trees around town....

What a morning this has been, got calls that our critters were out, the gate was WIDE OPEN ! Do not know HOW the wind could blow it open...we spent over an hour trying to chase down a wayward llama, a headstrong goat, and a donkey not wanting to go home...I had to keep trying to block them with the truck on the roads and Benny trying with his cart...Oh, what a time we had, I am exhausted already, but with prayer, the Lord's help, and the animals finally getting tired of running, we managed to get them back in the fold...and the gate is wired as well as shut.

Just checked my daughter's travel trailer she parked here....the skylights are all busted out...have to go get a tarp to put over the top....
