I'm for doing whatever is the easiest and what everyone else wants but it seems to me if people respond directly into the journal then it becomes a regular thread rather than a journal.

What did we decide about commenting in the journals or in the the other journal? For instance I'd like to ask daylilly if he planted seeds or has already put out actual plants. Where do I ask?

What did we decide about commenting in the journals or in the the other journal? For instance I'd like to ask daylilly if he planted seeds or has already put out actual plants. Where do I ask? GOOD QUESTION ...and One I have been wondering about myself... Originally, I figured only the person who owned the journal... and have everyone "comment" in the comment section. It appears though, that No one is posting there. It's your choice everyone, I can make it to where no one can post except you, or I can make it where all can post, even guests... I agree that if we all post in each others journals, then it's just another thread, but I reckon it's "all about" your garden... But then, like you say if you want to ask DLD a question, you would have to "hold that thought" go to the comment section... not as easy... and there's times like My comment in your journal...I was so impressed with your place I just HAD TO comment... then after words thought I may have tainted your journal with my ramblings...sorry if I did, and like Rita said...we can remove any unwanted posts PLEASE..EVERYONE WITH A JOURNAL...State Your desires...You want Pholks commenting/posting in your Journals..OR..
No one BUT yourself posting in your journal

I am still laughing at you Phil. Yes, I think you did taint my journal. I don't know how I'll ever forgive you. It was my comment about the journals becoming just like the other threads but it does make sense to post directly to the journal. That way we can know what everyone is talking about. Post directly to mine.

I am still trying to get a button placed in the journal owners mini profile (to the left of the posts) that will take the CLICKEE...to the journal of whom they desire to post/reply to.....
