Wow we went out to pick berries today (Hubbs and I ) well he has some wood across the path, he helped me across it but when he walked across it he fell, gently actually didn't even spill the berries, we hopped in the truck, we ate dinner he fell asleep and when he went to get up to go to bed he could barley move, gosh I am a lil scared right now ... He took a muscle relaxer, hopefull that will help .... I just hop he feels better by 3 am. I usually sleep up stairs on Fridays but I will have to sleep downstairs tonight to make sure he is ok .... Of course this stuff happens on a friday at 10:pm so no doctor , will probably have to take him to the ER in the AM ... Lets just hope this Muscle relaxer works ...

Oh man! Pack pain is no fun at all  I fell not too long ago when I was out fishing. I let it go for almost a week but couldn't handle it any more. I could barely roll over in bed. Finally, the wife insisted i go to the chiropractor. He did some snap, crackle, pop and I walked out of there feeling like a new man. No lie. I'm slightly skeptical of some of that stuff but man, I can't argue with results like that. Money well spent.  Hope he feels better soon!  |

I thinkit is a pulled muscle , He has muscle relaxers , hopefully this doesn't mess with his 4th of July vaca. He doesn't want to go to the hosp. He is walking better today but he cannot throw steel around .. MAby tomorrow will be better he has team leader job then but he may still have to throw steel arond if someone has to go to the restroom or something... We will see

He won't go anywhere!! He is very hard headed!! I don't know if he will make it to work tomorrow or not ... I told him warm water wil lmake it feel better if it is muscle spasm but nope he won't do it pfffttt! Hard headed!! sit there and take yer pills then lol

We will see My advice is work through it.. believe me, when My back went down in 92...they had me do nothing for a month...I didn't think I'd ever recover from that...the "rest" not the injury... Hope He's doing better...but move, a lil even..but keep moving... Wendy, a good massage works wonders, it makes the inflammation go away and the healing begin... so get busy...well, not that busy   |

The thing is he throws steel for a living , I know he cannot stand up straight let alone throw steel, but yesterday afternoon he walked straight just a lil slower , still was taking his breath away a few times, he is not one to sit around...
I know I have had back surgery b4 , it is not anything to mess with , I am lucky to be walking, they told me things that will help if I have any pain, will he do any of them NO, because he doesn't want to baby him self ... I don't know , he is supposed to leave the house at 3:30 this afternoon for work, we will see if he goes in or not. He is still in bed, I can say he was laying on his side , his back and his other side last night, not just his back so he is doing better. Like Pharmer phil .... he will work thru it ......

Well hubbs went back to work... He sucked it up !! I feel bad because I know he is hurting, he said first thing some guy came up and patted him on the back , he said he just about fell to his knees... Sighhh I hope he has an easier night tonight ... Then three days off for him  he will be resting the whole time!! I will make him!! We will go up north! |
