Pretty. I have a white one and a red one. Both had less blooms this year. I figured it was the weather.

how many plants are there? Not sure if your asking me or not , But in my pic I have 3 plants, on the S. side of the house I have another plant. It does not have anything!! It usually blooms 1st and has a ton of blossoms and this year nothing!! |

I agree with the weather. this cold spell got things holding back. My rose ramblers are not looming as they should.

I wish I'd of known what colors these were before I planted them, There are I think 2 pink and one white but the one color is at the end not in the middle ...

This morning I noticed I have a few more buds on the white one. I'm not sure peonies are worth it because around here their blooms time is very short and a couple of years in a row mine got thrips and before I could treat them a lot of the buds fell off and now they're being weird. Just not sure it's worth the effort.

I know what you mean Bestofour!! They don't last long here either but we have a very short season anyway so I appreciate every bit of color and beauty I can get!! Because fall comes fast!!! Heck it is the end of May already!! And I don't have my garden in! In 3 months we will be done!

I only get 3 good month's then cold weather sets in. W8in do you have a garden note book? I use a folder with tabs. put my annual list, Perennial list, veg list and maps of where all I plant what. Helps me remember...If I can remember to keep it up to date!  |

You know I got a journal as a gift one time and I took it up north so when ppl go up there they can write in the journal and tell us the stuff they did and what trials and tribs they had. I do not keep track of stuff really. Most of our plants we have gotten from some one eles, The peonies from my xmom in law, the Hosta's from Daves Brother, and so on! Some of the day lilies we bought , but I don't keep track ... |

W8in those are BEAUTIFUL!!! I love them together like that! Your lil one is BEAUTIFUL too!! One of these days Ill do that with mine. My pink ones are still kinda new so they dont have that bush look to them but they bloomed!  |
