I have a bunch I don't know what they are's .. here's one ... Does it srt the fruit in the fall? If so.. I'm going to guess: East Palatka Holly (Ilex x attenuata)

In a way it does , the leaves in hers don't look as stiff as Holly in your pic. Unless it's just the photo. the shape and everything look alike tho.

the berries don't look as solid either .. they are more like a jelly berry .. the plants die out in the winter to the ground too .. the one you posted looks more of an evergreen ...

I've always called that shrub a pin cherry shrub. Is there such a plant? I'll have to check.
