Refurbing old dehydrator

Mrs dug this out.We can do onions fast and outdoors with this,they do stink up the house

First was fix the lid.It was held together with duck tape,its a thrift store find.I epoxied all the cracks after Mrs got rid of the tape.



Next was clean up the rusty base and spray with rustoleum.Came out nice and clean.





Ready tomorrow to start drying onions,very cool.

Overcast today.Not much going on.We have too many onions so a good day to try out 'new' dehydrator.Must say,this is 20 minutes in and already drying,Im impressed.

We paid a couple bucks for it,2 dollars of paint,3 dollars epoxy,a dollar worth of tape.Not bad,I saw a used one for 87 dollars and a new one for 107.00.
