This is my first year planting heirloom seeds and I am seeing something I have never seen before. The growth tip(where the new growth comes out) is curly. Like growing in a circle curling......is that normal?? I have a couple types(Rutgers and Roma) that are not heirloom and I don't recall seeing it on them. ALL my others are circling when they grow. Is is a vitamin deficiency? Not enough water? HELP!!!! I'll get a pic when the rain stops.....

Thanks Claudia- all were fine until transplanting in the garden, so hopefully it is just shock. I have not lost a plant and I don't think it is curly top disease.....

Gidday
To me that looks like it's had a whiff of some hormone weed spray. It may have been drift or even someone with spray on their clothes come too close but sure looks like that"s the problem, that is unless you can actually se the aphids on em.

No chemical sprays around that I know of..... If getting the aphids sprayed(soapy water ) doesn't do the trick- I'll look into the chemical thing. Thanks Jack!!
