This is too funny...when DH went down to feed Hombre the Longhorn Steer tonight, the neighbor (new) that adjoins the land met him, very nice person, said his little boy loves to watch Hombre, but his wife had worried all day long about "his nose"...about that time Hombre turned around to come in to be fed, and he had this great long piece of hay sticking through his nose (he has a nose ring as well) but DH got so tickled...laughed and laughed..said it reminded him of a Mau Mau warrior..he calmed him down and pulled it through..how he did this is anyones guess...about like he wrapped the tarps around his head, has managed to wrap a water hose around his horns, ended up with a metal chair on his head, and we also had to cut the round hay holder...he stuck his horns in it as well...he likes to play with it, pushes it all over...He is a mess !

Critters be just like Pholks, they get bored, seems bout any critter I ever had was that way, had this one ol hog and he kept tryin to get out of the pen, I got him an old bowling ball, and he stopped tryin to escape. the kids horse back years ago, Mustang Sally, had it, and a friends quarter horse in the pasture. the pasture had 3 walnut tress in the low part near the river, I was cutting thru one day and it looked like someone had gathered a bunch of walnuts into a somewhat disorganized pile...I thought , Sumbeach..I'll watch from the barn and burn this walnut thieves A** well that took some patience, but I found out that... nope, it was Ol sally, she would kick the walnuts with the tip of her hoof, I reckon, she didn't wanna walk on em?? sometimes it's boredom, sometimes it's just a game, and maybe, in this last instance, a smart move...makes ya wonder

We used to have a goat named Clyde(we named everything Clyde. ) that would sit on our "go-cart"(it was actually a flat board with wooden wheels and a rope to steer with) and bleat until someone would come pull him on it.
Animals are great entertainment!!
