OK-Ok-ok- I'm up.... going to make Fresh chicken soup this morning that should last most of the day...Yup, i said fresh. Killed me 3 roos last night and cleaned them up, i even gave one to Sister in law. I love soups when it very cold outside.

Question? Do you skin them or pluck them? I remember plucking chickens Hated It Soooo Much!!!!!! Haven't done that in a loong while.... Hopefully soon we will have our lil farm started... Couple more years on the road.

oh i do it both ways... but these 3 i took off the skins without having to pluck a fether. been fixing the fence around the goat + chicken pen. too many roo's just gave me a headacke so i broke there necks till i got done doing one side of the chiken pen.
my duaghter was with me she still looks at me with aaahhhh when i kill...Adelita
