MERRY CHRISTMAS!! I got an oven thermometer, because my oven is old, and doesn't heat to the temp. you set it for!
I know I got new sleep shirt, and some comfortable house pants to wear with it. Other than that, we are waiting for the kids to get here at 4pm. Then we'll open the rest of the stuff.
I decided to do turkey again. Now that I can control my oven, I know I'm at 275, and I'm letting it cook, in the roaster, for about 8 hours.
I hope everyone is enjoying a nice relaxed day!!
