Anyone been Busy?

well It;s been GREAT here lately, weather wise and other wise.
After a shakey start, lotsa rain...the weather has warmed, we had a stretch of no rain, and today a little is falling, it's a "good thing"

But I been up at 4 a.m. each morning, coffee, visited here and Phire and read some email...
Just long enuff to wait fer daylight, then Off to the garden...
Guess there's one advantage to being in the garden at a early hour,
Ya get to see thangs ya woulda missed ifin you be sleepin...this floated right over the tree tops about 6:15...it woke up and scared the crap outa our dog Tank when he hit the gas, and ...he didn't like dat balloon at all
feller waved back at me when I waved to him, he set it down in a field about 2 miles south, we could see him land from here

Great pic, Phil! I love getting out there early and seeing the Purple Martins diving for insects and such. Very relaxing!

still raining here. got another inch yesterday. we've had some sunny days so if the skeeters let me weed my garden it should do ok.. my strawberries are beautiful this year and i have little baby green tomatoes.
