Well I was told by one of the ladies I work for a coupleweeks ago that she might be moving soon and that it could change our lives more than it ever has. She said she might sell us her house, nothing down and $500 a month. Well today she called us and said it was definately a go and we could move in first of October for sure. Now we never would of been buying a house less something like this happened. We always said we were always provided for when we needed something, mayby not when we wanted it but when we really needed it. But this is way over the top and we are estatic. The wife always had the dream to own her own house and now its gonna happen. A 3 bed/2bath with little yard but lots of house. But not to worry, the 96 old lady I work for today said I got plenty of garden at her house. So God really smiled on us today and I hope he keeps on smiling on each and everyone of you in like manner. Have a good day, we have.

This would be Ann Mary who graced us with this blessing and half of our new kitchen. We get to move in beginning the first of the month.

Thanks again Pharmer, we are excited to be moving in and anxious to get er done lol. Yep Paradise. Giving up some land but gaining much more house. But like I said before, nother lady is gonna let me garden in her plot. She is 96 and said she might be doing alot less next year. So it always seems to equal out. I can have a big garden and do some for her in turn benefiting myself. So I am a firm believer in karma and so far its come back to smack us in a good way. Well not being a man of many words.....

I'll say have a good day to all and hope we all on this phorum have better times than "they" say we are in for this year. If someone has a notion to see more of the house my name's the same on photobucket and my album is public.

Thanks Grannyg and cavey. It is a nice place. Its a once in a lifetime deal all cause she wanted to help us as she moved to another phase in her life. Its a $150,000 house for 80 and no interest so we are really smiling back. The last few years I have really paid attention to other people's needs and like I said earlier, I think the karma is coming back. Not that I am anyone special but I have really made alot of changes in my life. And it has been said "ask and you shall receive" and we have no complaints there. We don't have alot but we have what we need and thats what matters most. Have a good day all.
