we still have some ground to work and some corn to dry. things went pretty well. sitting here watching to see if we have any school announcement because of freezing rain. still no furnnace but we are warm.

Jeanette, whats up with yer furnace?? Laura talked to the neighbor today, he's stressed that they still have thousands of acres of corn still standing (well alot of it got blown over) Can't figure why, they have more equipment than most, but I know they have lots of acres too

Was listening to an organic program on the radio on Sunday and they was interviewing a local farmer that said he has 3 years worth of corn stalks in his field. The stocks are not breaking down since the corn is GMO. Are you guys seeing the same thing up there?

Our neighbors are in the feild today. They were out last nite & all day yesterday. They must have wet to Church before feild work. There is alot of acerage behind us that has to be done yet. That however seems to be last to get done.
