My puter won't install the WVSP1, I don't know why. Any idea what I need to do. How important is it, my puter says its important but it keeps failing to install. Thanks, T

No I didn't, I called Mircrosoft an they said I'd need to call Acer to resolve it. I haven't had time to go thru all that yet.
