Bought my kids a puter and I'm trying to get McAfee going, got it downloaded in the system but the Download manager won't let me open it to install it, what should I do? they are using a Dell system refurbished and it runs well

go to the location the download manager put the file and open it yourself, shoould have a ,exe file in the download. Some downloads, anti virus in particular, won't open with a download manager, phact is, you may have to download the file again, without the download manager

I used Firefox, and then tried using Internet explorer, I think it could be a security issue with Internet explorer
