Whenever I pull up a web page for the first time is says INTERNET EXPLORER CANNOT DISPLAY THE WEB PAGE and then I try again then it pulls up with no problem  Does this for each new window I open I have good connection with no problem. |

I'd go to tools, internet ptions, and dump my temporary internet files, history and coookies first. Then ifin that don't work...let us know. |

Bro which version of IE ya runnin?
Use latest version I believe is 7.0
1st try to reboot,that usually solves most problems.
If not a good cleanin as Phil said, + clean yer prefetch,an if ya feel up to it clean out TCP/IP Stack.
TCP stands for Transmission Control Protocol while IP stands for Internet protocol.
heres how.............
First, click on Start and then on Run. Now type CMD in the open box and press the Enter key. You are now at a DOS prompt in a DOS window.
Type NETSH INT IP RESET MYNETSH.LOG and press the Enter key. Your computer will now rebuild it's TCP/IP Stack and create a log of activities created in a file called MYNETSH.LOG. You can name the log file with any name as long as it ends with a .LOG.
