That snapping sound would be a nightmare bro How long does vine borer egg laying season last Seven can get very expensive to use if egg laying season is done with as I am having great success so far with no damage yet. I know I still will have to watch fer squash bugs as well they come out of the soil from mid-June through July Bro...so..a couple more weeks... but, then again, everything here...bugs included...are a coupla weeks ahead of schedule...so maybe they are too and their emerging and plant eating stage...is, all ready over... maybe ya could dig around some and see ifin ya find any that are still underground unhatched...I hear they are a fuzzy type coccoon I'll go a couple weeks more just in case, thanks bro

Doug, did I ask what type of pumpkin this seed was from? They usually start ribbing late July or August...but typically they get a lil orange first... they will probably SWELL UP over night Bro...been awful warm here...
