Getting my grill on today, ribs in the smoker. Roasted corn on the cob, store bought potato salad (better than nothing) And canned ranch style beans. Cool this morning and wind blowing about 20 mi. hour. More wood on the pit. CF |

Ohhhh I cannot w8 to see that pic ChiliFarmer!! Yesterday because I went to Grand Rapids , I ate out 2 times ughhhh 1st was Burger king did not go over to well, 2nd was Taco bell Actually Taco bell had a vegetarian burrito that isn't half bad, It set ok with me, so now I think when I eat out , maby I will get vegetarian meals.... |

We had chicken and Rice It was very good!! I didn't eat the rice, Hubbs wanted the packaged stuff , So I made a cold noodle salad ... yummy!! |

Can someone say "yummy"  The wife bought me a new grill for our Anniversery back in Febuary and I'm still trying to get used to it...   its a combo grill, charcoal on one side and gas on the other. |

Yeah Man, don't we all. Gonna have steaks on the grill for Easter. Still no stove, but I have my pits and grill.
Am I seeing pork steak in the photo? I love pork anything. Must be a Southern thing. CF

We had a good ole Easter Dinner.....ham and all the fixin's, but i gotta tell ya about the day befor.....Flossy made a big pot of bean soup from the beans Joe and Ruth sent us.....pholks, i gotta tell ya...they were the best...wonderful. Now Flossy don't really care for beans of any kind, but she went nuts over these.....so, last night for a snack instead of havein left over ham....what does she have....2 bowls of bean soup  Joe, you did one hell of a job on those beans....ya just can't beat heirlooms  Thanks again. bow |

W8, still no kitchen but getting closer. Painting today,floor tile tomorrow, set for 2 days then cabinets install, then the good stuff, appliances. Tonight, looks like burgers or maybe chicken? CF |

ChiliFarmer , I have a kitchen but my oven went out , I have to use a lil lighter to light my stove, I hate it!! The new stove should be in any time now!! I cannot w8!! I made friend chicken in the crock pot today!! Hubbs loved it!! It will be a new thing in this house hold, altho I blame it on the breading and I did brown it 1st, altho some don't brown it, we also had some noodle dish .. Of course |
